Q: What data do you store when accepting the TOS?
A: We store only essential data such as punishment data (warnings, kicks ect), AI message logs for moderation and essential server permissions.
Q: I was falsely banned! What should I do?
A: Open a support ticket in the Blossoms Support Discord (we do not accept Server punishment appeals).
Q: I found a bug! What should I do?
A: All bugs & issues should be reported in the Support Discord; you can join by clicking the Discord tab at the top.
Q: How does the automod system work?
A: We use a regex which detects and blocks complex message patterns (e.g, bypA553d w0rd)
Q: Who can access my data?
A: Only @ancientdragoons, who is the only developer and Groq for AI requests, Groq is only able to see messages sent, not who ever sent them.
